I cannot key in anything in WELS when I use Firefox as the browser, but there is no problem when I use IE.
Answer:
You can install the "Firefox add-on: IE Tab" through this site: "https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1419". After install IE Tab, go to WELS homepage, in the Firefox's "Tools" menu, click on the "IE Tab Options", add the URL "http://wels.welnet.hk/" in the "Sites Filter".

Question 3:
I cannot access WELS when I use IE8.
Answer:
There is a 'Compatibility Mode' button on the IE8 toolbar.Please click this button to activate the compatibility mode before you login to WELS.
